Who are you and what’s your research about?
Mehri’s work focuses on developing an integrated research program to advance food product processing through data technology, aiming to enhance food resource utilization and agricultural sustainability. Previously, her research concentrated on the chemical modification of nanoparticles and the production of plant-based functional food products. She has experience as a researcher at ETH, Tehran University, and in industry.

In her free time, she loves being with her family and dog, exploring new places, camping, biking, and cooking.
