Who are you and what’s your research about?
Currently, Cecil’s research projects includes quantitative microbial risk assessment of Salmonella in poultry incorporating multiple dose-response options, QMRA of leafy green supply chains. and statistical process control analysis of Salmonella screening data in poultry.

Why is the FSHN GSA important to you?
To add a social aspect to FSHN graduate life and give students opportunities to unwind together.
